But I also wished to highlight a few specific actions I really believe are adding to these notable outputs.

1. Stay calm.

Don’t panic – or at least sort out your panic nowadays, if you want to. All we are able to do in this example is take the changes and challenges in stride, and concentrate on moving forward. 3. Empathize.
